Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PartnerAPI platform ("PartnerAPI", "we", "our", "us"), including our website (https://partnerapi.com), web application, SDK, APIs, and AI tooling. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
PartnerAPI offers a data and analytics platform for managing and monitoring API integrations between customers and their software partners. Our Services include a customizable partner portal, access to integration telemetry, and an AI assistant to support integration and onboarding.
Users and Roles
- Customer: An organization that subscribes to PartnerAPI and customizes its Partner Portal.
- Partner: A software partner invited by the Customer to interact with the portal.
Each PartnerAPI tenant is isolated, and Partner data is never shared across tenants.
AI Tooling
PartnerAPI integrates AI functionality (powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o and related models) for onboarding, support, and log analysis. PartnerAPI may use Customer-provided data (e.g., API logs, documentation, and metadata) to improve AI performance unless a Customer opts out. AI interactions are always scoped to the specific tenant and their partners.
Data Rights
Customers retain ownership of all submitted data. You grant PartnerAPI a limited license to use such data solely for delivering, improving, and securing the Services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes:
- Interfering with system integrity
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Uploading malicious software
- Abusing rate limits or disrupting other users
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or become subject to legal restrictions. Upon termination, your access to customer or partner data will be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartnerAPI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid to us in the three months preceding the incident.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. If you are an EU resident, your consumer rights are not affected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date."
